Job Description: The Scheduling Coordinator will play a critical part in the day-to-day coordination of scheduling, communication, and data management for our ABA therapists and clients. Responsibilities: - Actively communicate via phone, email, and Google Chat with ABA therapists, clients, and other team members to coordinate schedules. - Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, reschedule sessions, and handle last-minute changes. - Ensure accurate data entry and updates in our scheduling system to reflect any changes in appointments, availability, and client needs. - Handle multiple communication channels efficiently, prioritizing tasks and keeping everything running smoothly. - Build and maintain relationships with ABA therapists and clients through clear, friendly, and professional communication. - Collaborate closely with our administrative team to resolve any scheduling conflicts or gaps. - Assist with other administrative duties as needed. Qualifications: - Comfortable and confident making outbound calls, including cold calling or follow-ups. You should enjoy talking to people and have a positive, engaging phone presence. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially via email and Google Chat. - Previous experience in a role involving phone communication, scheduling, or data entry is highly preferred. - Familiarity with scheduling software, Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Chat), and the ability to learn new systems quickly. - Capable of handling multiple schedules and updates with precision and attention to detail. - Able to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well with others.

As part of our global team, you’ll have the opportunity to provide administrative and technical support to the Project Team. As a Clinical Trial Coord, you'll support audit readiness by ensuring files are reviewed according to the schedule detailed in the organization's SOP and department guidance document. You will provide administrative support for site activation activities and aid in the development of the critical path for site activation within assigned projects to support rapid site activations. Representing CRG personnel, you may utilize local knowledge, organization systems, external site lists, and sponsor directives to develop and review site lists that are suitable for the strategic needs of feasibility activities and to provide local input into the site tiering process. Additionally, you may act as a buddy during the onboarding phase and provide training to new staff as needed. What You’ll Do: • According to the specific role (Central or Local), coordinates, oversees and completes functions on assigned trial(s) activities as detailed on the task matrix. • Performs department, Internal, Country and Investigator file reviews as assigned, and documents findings in appropriate system(s). • Ensures allocated tasks are performed on time, within budget and to a high-quality standard.
