Business Development Representative

• Drive outbound prospecting at scale using ZoomInfo Co-Pilot AI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other AI-powered platforms to identify and engage high-fit prospects. • Self-generate a pipeline of $3MM+ annually by securing several new qualified opportunities per month. • Craft personalized, multi-channel outreach sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn, video) tailored to each prospect’s pain points and business initiatives. • Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities, prospect data, and pipeline stages in Salesforce CRM. • Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities and alignment on target accounts. • Leverage AI tools and automation to continuously optimize prospecting workflows, messaging, and conversion rates. • Stay sharp on Snappy’s value proposition, market trends, and the competitive gifting and employee engagement landscape. • Contribute to team best practices and process improvements as Snappy’s sales motion evolves and scales. • Actively seeks to partner with AI agents to extend capabilities, increase velocity, and deliver higher-quality outcomes at scale.

Job Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role; outbound sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation or quota targets.
  • Hands-on experience (or strong eagerness to learn) with AI prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo Co-Pilot AI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach at scale.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong time management and the discipline to execute high-volume outbound activity consistently.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Outreach or Salesloft.
  • Highly coachable, curious, and driven by continuous improvement, you love learning new tools and optimizing how you work.
  • An obsessive focus on earning and keeping customer trust
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required, we value results and drive above all.
