Position Purpose: This role will focus on ensuring that the administration of the pharmacy program is accurate and compliant by supporting various operational tasks. This role is also responsible for supporting team members by answering their questions and providing support as needed. - Pharmacy operations experience focused on the implementation of quality process improvement efforts and with documenting requirements, creating training materials and working directly with end users - Review benefit/formulary setup and testing (new and year over year) - Conduct data analysis to support operations - Performs other duties as assigned - Complies with all policies and standards Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED, 3+ years of pharmacy experience, preferably in managed care environment License/Certification: Current state’s Pharmacy Technician license preferred Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting pharmacy compliance initiatives Familiarity with state and federal pharmacy regulations Comfortable working a fixed schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST Pay Range: $23.23 - $39.61 per hour Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Position Summary: Reporting to the Manager Mortgage Operations, the Mortgage Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting Originations by providing customer service for processing documents, ensuring accurate data input, collaborating with internal/external stakeholders and prioritizing efficiencies. This role demands attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric problem-solving approach to ensure a smooth mortgage fulfillment process. Major Duties & Responsibilities: • Communicates effectively both verbally and written to internal and external stakeholders (including appraisers, employers, and mortgage brokers) when documents are incomplete, or additional information is required, to ensure timely accurate results. • Maintains and utilizes salesforce dashboards to track and manage deals in pipeline, be responsible for meeting document review timelines (SLAs.) • Handles and maintains condition management. • Updates the CRR/AML Score Card on a regular, timely basis. • Adheres to all Bank, business area and AML/ATF policies and procedures. • Reviews and approves supporting documents according to HTB’s risk appetite and policies. • Ensures that Quality Assurance requirements, Compliance and Risk review queries are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner. • Conducts income document analysis and calculations to ensure the applicant’s income can be confirmed, including submitting income to Equifax for review. • Conducts appraisal report analysis to validate property valuation and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. • Maintains operational excellence, using all available resources, escalating, when necessary, to maximize efficiencies and provide quick turnaround times. Qualifications & Experience: Degrees, Diplomas & Certifications: • A college diploma or equivalent is required.
