• Ability to think strategically, but also possess the creative, detail, and analytical skills to create plans, execute them, and measure the results • Possess project management skills, which means identifying risks and issues, setting expectations, and delivering a solution on schedule • Understand and help develop organizational and online community goals for our enterprise, small business, nonprofit, association clients • Make strategy, marketing, messaging and community platform configuration recommendations and updates based on these goals • Become an expert with our online community platform and execute on these recommendations using the community platform • Conduct client training so they understand the full capability of our platform and it suits the needs of the client • Consult client on up-to-date community best practices in their industry • Coordinate with clients and 3rd party teams, lead status meetings with a high attention to details, develop tasks and action items • Communicate effectively and develop strong relationships with clients • Manage, clarify, verify, and prioritize reported client issues for the Momentive Software Community support team for your clients • Lead and manage your own client list; become a trusted advisor and engagement specialist for our enterprise and non-profit organization clients • Lead and manage implementation projects of new clients through the launch of their community • Manage specific technical projects, project schedules, pace, input sessions, and milestones • Assist with ongoing community engagement and campaign activities, such as content editing and development, creating new community areas, driving participation, measuring and reporting on results • Identify opportunities for services and revenue-generating solutions • Assist with answering questions in a timely manner from community clients in The Loop • Contribute to the creation and updating of user guides, platform documentation, product release notes, and strategy/best practices for community management • Lead or contribute to recurring ‘Lunch and Learns’ and ‘office hours’ for our clients in The Loop
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA or graduate degree is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, consulting, project management, program management, or community management roles
- Experience working with enterprise, small business, non-profits and associations are a plus
- Must have a strong understanding of online marketing techniques, social media, online community, upselling and implementing solutions
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, API and SSO. Advanced technical skills a plus
- Experience with SaaS software.
- Experience with other CMS platforms and the ability to configure and test software for clients, and support integration
- Exceptional communication, grammar, and presentation skills (written and verbal).
- Exceptional time and priority management.

Role Description The Sr IT Consultant will work with the entire Amplix team as well as clients and prospective clients on a daily basis. This position will also work extensively with our Ecosystem of partners and providers to learn, to vet and to be able to recommend appropriate designs and solutions to our team and clients. About The Position: The Field Mortgage Consultant is responsible for originating mortgage loans for eligible borrowers in the State of Nevada and developing business through effective outside sales.
