Job Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on IT and tech talent.
- 1+ year experience in international IT recruitment and a solid grasp of the global talent market.
- Track record of hiring long-term team members, not just project-based contractors.
- A team player who embraces structured recruitment processes, follows guidelines, and contributes to a collaborative environment.
- Deep understanding of headhunting tactics and proactive outreach — not reliant on inbound applications.
- Strong ability to build and manage a candidate pool for future hiring needs.
- Comfortable with short, consistent daily reporting and process discipline.
- Strong sourcing skills with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and alternative sourcing methods.
