Wir entwickeln seit 1994 digitale Lösungen für anspruchsvolle Prozess- und ITSM-Anforderungen. Für diese Rolle suchen wir jemanden mit Schwerpunkt Frontend / Full Stack, der sich gerne in ein gewachsenes Produkt eindenkt und es aktiv weiterentwickelt. Aktuell arbeitest du bei uns unter anderem an der Weiterentwicklung zentraler Produktfunktionen, modernen Integrationen und der schrittweisen Modernisierung unseres Frontends. - Weiterentwicklung unserer Webanwendungen mit Schwerpunkt Frontend / Full Stack - Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung zentraler Produktfunktionen, insbesondere im Bereich Shop / ITSM - Technische Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von APIs und Integrationen, unter anderem im Microsoft-Teams-Umfeld - Mitarbeit an der schrittweisen Modernisierung des Frontends im Umfeld Angular / React - Analyse technischer Problemstellungen und bestehender Abläufe in einem gewachsenen Produkt - Erstellung von Spezifikationen und technischer Dokumentation - Mitarbeit in Projekten sowie eigenständige Umsetzung definierter Arbeitspakete - Technische Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Lösung produktnaher Fragestellungen Qualifications - Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HTML5, CSS, TypeScript und JavaScript - Erfahrung mit der Modernisierung bestehender Frontend-Architekturen, z. • Responsible for development, maintenance and support of systems; full-stack profile. • Performs activities that cover the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to supporting the final deployment of features they developed, aligned with agile development process paradigms. • Work on development and necessary enhancements throughout the software development lifecycle and its components. • Guide and support developers on the software project team. • Code and integrate software components according to technical specifications, using the development tools, programming languages and libraries defined for the project. • Identify, build and test developed components to ensure quality. • Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance of software components. • Prepare technical documentation in accordance with the requirements of the contract under which they are working. • Integrate produced components with those built by other team members, using the integration tool defined for the project. • Set up and configure local development environments according to project requirements and needs. • Provide support to the IT team and client users, when requested, regarding the characteristics and specifics of the developed components, modules and software packages. • Deliver and execute integration tests in the client environment to ensure full functionality of the software and its components. • Monitor user acceptance testing and deployment of the software in the client's environments according to the contract. • Provide training and knowledge transfer to the client on the developed software, ensuring proper system operation.

• Maintain business applications using Oracle Forms and Reports 11g/12c. • Resolves incidents that are reported in production applications. • Liaise with users to refine requirements. • Make application coding modifications to support changes requested by the business. • Assist in upgrading to the latest version of Oracle Developer Tools and Database. • Complete Statements Of Work estimates based on requirements submitted by the business. • Complete Solution Proposals for large enhancements. • Perform system design work. • Perform system testing prior to releasing changes for user acceptance testing. • Perform implementation and release planning. • Make application coding modifications to support changes requested by the business. • Ensure system documentation is up to date.

• Define and own the architectural vision for Datavant’s enterprise business platform domain • Establish clear system boundaries, integration patterns, and governance standards across dozens of applications • Prevent platform fragmentation and over-customization, particularly within Salesforce and financial systems • Define integration architecture strategy, including middleware, API management, and event-driven patterns • Build a scalable platform model that can absorb new business domains and acquisitions • Own the engineering architecture supporting billing, revenue recognition, contract management, and financial reporting • Modernize financial system patterns to support growth, complex pricing models, and compliance requirements • Partner closely with Finance leadership to ensure systems are scalable, audit-ready, and operationally resilient • Ensure revenue-critical systems operate with appropriate reliability, controls, and incident management • Own engineering strategy and architectural governance for Salesforce and related CRM systems • Drive consolidation of multiple environments and establish strong data standards and change control • Ensure CRM remains a customer relationship platform — not a substitute for an ERP or an operational catch-all • Govern vendor and implementation partners to reduce architectural drift and technical debt • Establish middleware as a first-class platform capability with defined ownership and architectural standards • Clarify integration ownership and reduce reliance on contractors for core capabilities • Define durable API and event-driven integration patterns across enterprise systems • Ensure secure, reliable data flow across financial, CRM, and operational systems • Govern enterprise automation capabilities including managed file transfer, RPA, and AI-enabled workflow initiatives • Ensure emerging AI-driven systems (including contact center automation) are architecturally integrated and aligned with enterprise standards • Prevent fragmented automation point solutions across teams • Align automation initiatives to measurable business outcomes and operational resilience • Consolidate and harden customer-facing authentication and authorization into a unified, secure platform • Improve reliability and reduce support burden related to login and access flows • Ensure identity infrastructure scales with growth and meets healthcare compliance requirements • Lead and develop directors and managers across financial systems, CRM, middleware, and automation • Assess organizational structure and talent against long-term platform demands • Build engineering depth to reduce vendor dependency in strategic areas • Establish a culture of architectural ownership, operational discipline, and cross-domain collaboration • Manage significant vendor and contractor relationships with clear accountability and transition planning • Partner with recruiting to build senior enterprise platform engineering capacity globally.
