Influencer Program Manager – Climate Content
Vocal Media
• Design, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Substack, and other key platforms on behalf of climate organizations and climate-focused candidates. • Manage positive client relationships and regularly update clients on campaign progress, including preparing for and leading weekly client calls. • Serve as a strategic subject matter expert to clients on the creator economy and social content strategy, particularly as it pertains to climate content. • Establish campaign goals and finalize campaign materials, including creative briefs and other assets. • Analyze campaign metrics and progress to goals, and proactively adjust strategy as needed. • Develop and present post-campaign reports to clients. • Work closely with digital creators to develop creative and engaging content that meets campaign brief requirements. • Strategize with colleagues and clients to find new creative tactics to innovate on content, sourcing, and team processes. • Stay up-to-date on current events, trends and news stories as it pertains to environmental and climate news to serve as an expert in strategy conversations with clients.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in social media strategy and content creation.
- Confident communicator with a client services focus.
- Passion for intersectional progressive issues and a strong cultural competency.
- Climate policy knowledge and expertise.
- Deep understanding of an ever-changing social media landscape, particularly as it pertains to growing an online presence, working with content creators, and utilizing trends.
- Great organizational & communication skills with a strong commitment to follow-up.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously under strict deadlines.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with variable hours and strict deadlines.

Role Description This independent trader is a high-performance proprietary trader focused on generating outsized returns via mean reversion and trend following strategies.
