SCOPE: Commercial Auto Claims Leader (BI & PD) – Product Launch As a Commercial Auto Claims Leader, you will play a pivotal role in launching and scaling a new commercial auto insurance product This is a unique opportunity to build a claims team from the ground up while partnering cross-functionally to help shape claims handling practices, coverage interpretation, and policy development. This position offers remote work from the Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of BI and PD adjusters from the ground up. - Establish and implement claims handling processes, workflows, and best practices for a new commercial auto product. - Oversee adjusters handling BI and PD claims for commercial and fleet-based risks. - Review claim files for quality, coverage accuracy, liability determinations, and reserving. - Provide technical guidance on complex liability, coverage, and damage evaluations. - Monitor workloads, productivity, and claim cycle times; implement strategies to improve efficiency. - Assist in escalated claim resolution and settlement strategy, including high-exposure losses. - Partner with underwriting, legal, and product teams to provide feedback on policy language, coverage gaps, and claims trends. - Contribute subject matter expertise to support the development and refinement of commercial auto policy forms. - Conduct coaching, training, and performance management to build team capability and bench strength. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal audit standards. Description Job Description ICF is hiring a Senior International Trade Specialist/Advisor to perform a critical role within the Office of the Deputy Undersecretary (ODUS) of the International Labor Affairs Bureau (ILAB) at the U.S. Department of Labor. ILAB increases American job and wage growth by combating foreign labor abuses and unfair trade practices in global supply chains that undermine U.S. prosperity and security. The position requires the ability to provide expert advice to ILAB regarding opportunities in global commerce to create and enforce labor standards for trade agreements to combat child labor, forced labor, and human trafficking in global supply chains that undermine the American economy and security. The Senior International Trade Specialist/Advisor will play an important role in identifying international labor interventions designed to produce the greatest benefit for American workers through ensuring fair trade and labor standards are executed by U.S. trade partners. The position is expected to proactively seek opportunities and design activities through trade agreements and innovative partnerships with American businesses, labor organizations, community colleges and other vocational institutions, and public or private research laboratories. The position reports to the Trade Strategy and Initiatives Chief within ODUS and may be posted in Washington, DC or remotely. The primary purpose of this position is to verify claim information lifted from the CMS 1500 form by Optical Character Recognition and enter data from CMS 1500 Claim Forms into the Claims Processing System, and to process claim edits from electronic claims. This position is responsible for the accurate review, input and adjudication of claims in accordance with regulations, ASH standards and contractual obligations of the organization. Remote Worker Guidelines - Remote Worker Guidelines: This position will be trained remotely and must be able to work from home (WFH) in a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment. This WFH position requires you have a stable connection to your Internet Service Provider with the ability to participate by video in online meetings over a reliable and consistent network.
