Senior Manager, Business Systems Analytics

• Lead large scale report development initiatives, coordinating efforts with business stakeholders, the Data Platform team, and the broader Analytics organization. • Conduct in depth business analyses and lead initiatives focused on driving growth, performance improvement, and operational excellence. • Design, develop, and deliver reports and dashboards that provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights to business segments. • Partner in cross functional projects to improve data quality, integrity, and readiness for use in analytics and visualization tools. • Maintain and refresh dashboards on a regular cadence, performing data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability. • Collaborate with business owners and IT partners to gather requirements and develop scalable, business aligned analytics solutions. • Establish clear, effective communication with end users to ensure requirements are met and customer satisfaction is maintained. • Develop, test, document, and support analytics solutions that inform decisions impacting clinical outcomes, quality of care, patient safety, and financial performance. • Demonstrate continuous learning by proactively strengthening technical and analytical capabilities aligned with role requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in business intelligence, analytics, and/or data warehousing technologies.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI preferred.
