From idea to production and beyond, you’ll take responsibility for creating value, ensuring quality, and operating what you build in a cloud-native environment. Your focus will be modernizing and extending our front end (Vue.js + TypeScript), while also diving into our .NET microservices and databases when needed. You’ll work closely with product managers, UX, and your teammates to deliver features that make a real difference — not just lines of code. The team you’ll be a part of We are evolving from a feature factory to a product team mindset. That means we value outcomes over output, continuous delivery over long release cycles, and shared ownership over silos. Our suite of .NET microservices powers the LanguageWire platform, and as part of the team you’ll make sure those services are reliable, scalable, and delivering maximum value to our users. What you’ll do - Take end-to-end ownership of features and services: from design and coding to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance (“You build it, you run it”). - Collaborate with product managers and designers to shape solutions that solve real user problems. - Modernize and expand our front end while contributing to backend services and databases. - Contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of new product capabilities. - Set up and improve CI/CD pipelines to deliver frequently and with confidence. - Ensure quality through testing (TDD/BDD), code reviews, and proactive issue prevention. - Apply best practices in DevOps, Automation, and Operational Excellence. - Share knowledge with the team. Desired experience and competencies What does it take to work for LanguageWire? What we’re looking for - A product mindset: you care about solving problems, not just completing tickets. - Strong fullstack experience: - Backend: C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Web API, microservices - Databases: MSSQL and/or PostgreSQL - Frontend: Vue.js and/or TypeScript - Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and modern engineering practices. - Hands-on DevOps experience: CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Terraform, Helm), containerization (Docker), Kubernetes, and cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP). - Proven ability to mentor, collaborate across disciplines, and elevate team practices. - Comfortable in agile environments, actively shaping team ceremonies, planning, and retrospectives. Why join us At LanguageWire, you’ll join a culture where developers own their products end-to-end, continuously learn, and directly see the impact of their work on users worldwide. If you’re motivated by outcomes, thrive in CI/CD environments, and want to shape both code and product, this is the role for you.
