Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. - 3–5+ years of experience in electrical estimating, with strong preference for data center, mission‑critical, or large‑scale infrastructure projects. - Solid technical knowledge of power distribution systems, backup generation, UPS systems, electrical codes, and labor productivity. - Experience estimating high‑density power or hyperscale facilities is highly desirable. - Proficiency in estimating and takeoff tools such as Accubid, ConEst, McCormick, Bluebeam, or similar platforms; comfort working with BIM‑based information. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
