Role Description: Leads a cross-functional POD to deliver measurable outcomes at pace, combining project governance with servant leadership. Owns end-to-end delivery across planning, execution, risk/issue management, and stakeholder alignment, applying Agile and Scaled Agile practices to drive predictable, high-quality delivery. Partners with Product Owners, Engineering, Operations, and Finance stakeholders to prioritise value, remove impediments, and embed continuous improvement—particularly across automation initiatives. Skills / Knowledge / Experience: - Agile delivery leadership (Scrum/Kanban), facilitation, coaching, and impediment removal - Scaled Agile delivery capability (e.g., SAFe/LeSS): planning, dependency and cross-team coordination - Strong delivery management: scope, schedule, RAID, governance, and benefits/value tracking - Stakeholder management across Finance, Operations, and Technology with crisp communication - Data-driven delivery using metrics (velocity/throughput/cycle time) and forecasting - Data and Automation delivery experience (e.g. Python, Alteryx), driving measurable efficiency and control uplift - Working knowledge of SDLC, DevOps/CI-CD collaboration, and quality/test practices - Finance domain knowledge will be an advantage (controls, reporting, budgeting/cost management; regulatory awareness) - Risk, compliance, and audit mindset suited to regulated environments - Proven delivery in complex, global matrix organizations; strong tooling and reporting (Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps)
