At Enroute, we are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a high-impact team responsible for designing, building, and evolving a customer-facing application. The ideal candidate is confident contributing code while also participating actively in design discussions, proactive cross team collaboration.
Job Requirements
- Strong professional experience with .NET and ASP.NET Core
- Strong experience with React or Blazor
- Candidates with strong Blazor experience must be willing to learn React
- Solid background in system design and application architecture
- Practical experience designing and working with microservices and distributed systems
- Ability to make and explain technical decisions clearly, including architectural trade-offs
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Strong understanding of performance, scalability, maintainability, and clean code principles
- Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET (ASP.NET Core), React, and/or Blazor
- Actively participate in application and system design decisions, providing clear technical direction
- Contribute to and challenge code base proposals, through best practices, risk management and innovation
- Collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and other engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Balance modernization efforts with the stability and maintainability of existing systems
- Build and consume RESTful APIs following best practices for reliability and security
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL Server queries, views, and stored procedures, with a strong focus on performance
- Nice-to-Have Requirements (Extras)
- Experience developing or maintaining Chrome extensions
- Exposure to LLMs, AI integrations, or observability tools such as Langfuse
- Experience with Azure (Functions, App Services, Storage, etc.)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience modernizing legacy applications
- Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and performance metrics
