KPIs - Growth: Contribute to qualified reach/new‑household acquisition and revenue/LTV from TVAD. - Quality: Improve attention/viewability and brand safety; reduce unmanaged frequency and overlap. - Innovation: Deliver small, safe TVAD innovations (audience/data, inventory quality, format/creative, frequency/quality) and record decisions and learnings. - Product/AI adoption: Pilot and adopt optimization features and Bliss Point‑guided moves with proven incremental impact. - Efficiency (guardrail): Maintain or improve CAC/ROAS/CPx while growing profitable volume.
