We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team part-time (minimum 3 day/week) or full-time, in the Perth Metro and surrounding areas. You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care. Your work will help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home. About you - Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration - Demonstrated ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community - Post graduate experience working with in a variety of aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settings - Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models - Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated computer literacy - Alignment with BaptistCare’s values and mission - Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain - Unrestricted driver’s licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage car insurance. Role Description This is a full-time, salaried opportunity designed for an Occupational Therapist who wants to build real depth in adult mental health over time. As a Mental Health Occupational Therapist at Holistic Community Therapy, you will: - Deliver adult mental health assessments and occupation-based interventions within a mobile outpatient model (community-based + virtual) - Develop and implement measurable treatment plans that support functional independence and meaningful outcomes - Maintain a minimum of 22 completed client sessions per week through proactive scheduling and caseload ownership - Provide comprehensive assessment and functional mental health treatment within our structured outpatient model - Connect clients with appropriate community resources to support recovery - Complete accurate documentation within 24–48 hours - Participate actively in supervision and ongoing professional development This is a salaried, full-time position.
