Role Description This is a full-time, salaried opportunity designed for an Occupational Therapist who wants to build real depth in adult mental health over time. As a Mental Health Occupational Therapist at Holistic Community Therapy, you will: - Deliver adult mental health assessments and occupation-based interventions within a mobile outpatient model (community-based + virtual) - Develop and implement measurable treatment plans that support functional independence and meaningful outcomes - Maintain a minimum of 22 completed client sessions per week through proactive scheduling and caseload ownership - Provide comprehensive assessment and functional mental health treatment within our structured outpatient model - Connect clients with appropriate community resources to support recovery - Complete accurate documentation within 24–48 hours - Participate actively in supervision and ongoing professional development This is a salaried, full-time position. Clinicians set their schedules and structure their workweek, while meeting established clinical standards. Qualifications - Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing (Oregon) - Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred. Mature new graduates with prior professional work experience and demonstrated responsibility will be considered - Current CPR certification - Clear background check - Eligible for insurance panel credentialing (we complete this process for you) Requirements - Must reside in the Portland, Oregon area Benefits - Salaried position with benefits - 2 weeks paid vacation leave annually + 2 floating holidays - Sick leave accrues in accordance with Oregon law - 6% retirement match - Health reimbursement benefit available for full-time employees - Paid administrative time built into your schedule - Paid travel time + IRS mileage reimbursement - $35/month internet stipend - $200 annual home office stipend - Continuing education reimbursement + 15 hours of in-house CE annually - Eligibility for QMHP certification supervision - Compensation: $72,000–$84,000 annually, depending on experience and readiness for the role.
