What & Where - Remote & Full-Time (Temporary - 12 Months) Closing Date - April 22, 2026 Your Mission - Education Program Delivery and Support - Deliver evidence‑based orientation, transition, and continuing education for nurses and internal teams using adult learning principles, both virtually and on‑site. - Develop, update, and maintain educational resources, protocols, and digital learning content using platforms such as LMS, SharePoint, and Teams. - Evaluate education effectiveness through feedback and competency validation, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and organizational goals. - Clinical Practice Support - Serve as a clinical resource for nurses and leaders, supporting infusion practices, new therapies, and program or procedural changes through education and coaching. - Promote compliance with organizational policies, product monographs, and provincial nursing standards while supporting safe, high‑quality patient care. - Support QA, audit responses, and CAPA activities through targeted education and accurate documentation. - Collaboration and Communication - Collaborate closely with the Clinical Education Manager to plan, prioritize, and evaluate education initiatives and address emerging needs. - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clinics and pharmaceutical partners, to support clinical decision‑making and education delivery. - Build strong, professional relationships that encourage collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing across teams. - Professional Growth and Mentorship - Maintain an active nursing license and engage in continuous professional development related to education, leadership, and clinical practice. - Model professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to lifelong learning. - Contribute to a high‑performing, inclusive Clinical Education team by sharing expertise and supporting team development. Qualifications - Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. - Master’s degree in Nursing or Education preferred. - Current registration and good standing with a provincial nursing regulatory body. Requirements - Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing experience, including at least 2 years in infusion therapy, ambulatory care, or an equivalent clinical setting. - Demonstrated experience providing education, mentorship, or preceptorship to nurses or other healthcare professionals. - Proven ability to apply adult learning principles and competency-based education in clinical training and coaching. - Experience in oncology, critical care, or emergency medicine an asset. Skills - Strong clinical expertise in infusion therapy, patient safety, and nursing practice standards, with the ability to apply adult learning principles to deliver engaging, practical education. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with proven ability to collaborate, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in dynamic healthcare environments. - Proficient with digital learning and collaboration tools (e.g., LMS, SharePoint, Teams), self‑directed, accountable, and able to work independently within a remote, collaborative team structure. - English proficiency required; bilingual (French/English) considered an asset depending on role and location. Compensation At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range.
