Job Description

Product Builder (Acquisition Focus)

Leadtech Group

ABOUT US At Leadtech, we’ve been redefining digital businesses since 2009, creating innovative online solutions that reach millions of users every month. With a diverse team of over 700 members from 23+ nationalities, we’re united by a passion for creativity and collaboration.  We specialize in delivering user-centric experiences across web and mobile platforms, where people can connect with our products like never before. We’re proud of our global reach and committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where every individual contributes to our shared vision of bringing cutting-edge projects to life. Learn more about our journey and mission on our About Us page! The Role We are hiring a pragmatic, data-driven, AI-native operator who runs a mini-business inside our product. This role combines product ownership, growth execution, and full-stack commercial responsibility. You don't just "request" features; you build, prototype, and ship them using modern AI-workflows and MCPs. Success Metric: The ratio of money-in to money-out, improved continuously. Key Areas of Focus - Build for reach: Ship acquisition strategies that bring new, high-quality users into our cohorts. - Full-stack entry points: Own the entire journey from first click to first purchase. You design, prototype, and deploy landing pages, signup flows, and onboarding funnels yourself. - Algorithmic search alignment: Build product experiences that fit keyword analysis, SEO, and SEA using automated content and structure loops. - Conversion engineering: Rapidly iterate on UX and logic to reduce friction, clarify value, and secure the first transaction. Capabilities & Mindset (Must-Haves) Ownership Mindset - You show founder-level obsession with scaling and P&L. You proactively engineer revenue peaks and hunt for the levers that drive exponential growth. Analytical Rigor - You question numbers and trace drops to channel, pricing, or UX. Commercial Instinct - You think in ROI, margins, and trade -offs. Hyper-Speed Execution - You prioritize shipping fast experiments and rapid learning via AI-automation. Technical Autonomy - You leverage MCPs, AI-agents, and no-code/low-code to build and deploy independently. Great Communicator - You articulate strategy clearly and bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution. UX Sensibility & Taste- You don't need a designer to know what works. You have the "eye" for conversion, Usability, and User Experience. What You Will Actually Do Day-to-Day This is a hands-on, high-velocity role for a solo-operator within a team: - Prototype & Build: Use AI-tools and MCP integrations to build and deploy high-converting UI/UX and functional experiments. - Run A/B tests: Independently ship changes to pricing, checkout flows, and key funnels to find incremental gains. - Analyze performance: Pull your own data, identify drop-offs, and fix them in the codebase or flow immediately. - Automate workflows: Build custom scripts or AI-agentic loops to scale your acquisition efforts. Validate hypotheses: Form clear, testable hypotheses and validate them weekly through rapid shipping.

Job Requirements

  • What You Bring to the Table
  • Experience: 5+ years as a Product manager, Product Builder, Maker, or Growth Engineer where you actually shipped the work.
  • Great Communicator: You can explain the "why" behind your builds and align stakeholders on the commercial impact.
  • AI-Native Builder: Familiar with using LLMs, MCPs, and automation to bypass traditional development bottlenecks.
  • Data-driven Execution: Expert with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) to close the feedback loop.
  • Optional (Technical Fluency): A background in engineering or a heavy "maker". You speak the language of engineering.
