• Manage day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, vendor coordination, mail, shipping, and overall workplace organization standards. • Develop, implement, and maintain office policies, procedures, and workflows to support operational efficiency. • Administer office-related budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations. • Serve as the North America Administrator for the company credit card program and NAM corporate cell phone program, including user onboarding/offboarding, policy compliance, vendor coordination, usage oversight, and issue resolution. • Maintain accurate documentation and controls related to administrative programs and office operations. • Provide administrative and organizational support to site leadership and executive staff, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence. • Support onboarding activities for new employees, including coordination of office access, workstation setup, and orientation support. • Act as a trusted partner to leadership by anticipating needs, exercising sound judgment, and handling sensitive information with discretion. • Lead and manage event planning and coordination for site and company events, including all-hands meetings, team-building activities, offsites, volunteer events, and holiday celebrations. • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics such as venue booking, catering, technology, and vendor coordination. • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand event objectives and deliver engaging, high-quality experiences. • Evaluate event effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. • Primary contact for visitors to the site including internal and external training events held at the facility. • Lead the Campus Activity Team, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, culture, and collaboration across the site. • Support HR and leadership with employee engagement activities and internal communications, as needed. • Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and positive office environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years' experience in office management, administrative support, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in an autonomous manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to support executive-level staff with professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; recognized as a strong team player with effective people skills.
  • Initiative-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and administrative programs preferred.
  • Prior exposure to manufacturing production environment is a big plus.

Job Summary Communicates back and forth with WM Drivers to assist with problem resolution while on route for residential, commercial and roll-off lines of business.
