Integrated Dermatology
Company Description Integrated Dermatology is a leading national dermatology practice that acquires and partners with dermatology practices across the United States. We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Payroll to oversee all aspects of payroll operations and is responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of payroll processes across a multi‑state, multi‑entity healthcare organization. This role owns the architecture, workflows, internal controls, and compliance requirements of the payroll function and develops short‑ and long‑term strategies to drive efficiency and accuracy in payroll processing and service delivery. This position ensures timely governmental reporting and regulatory compliance, serves as a key liaison between Finance and Human Resources, and provides accurate and actionable payroll‑related data to leadership. The Sr. Manager also manages and develops payroll staff in the execution of day‑to‑day operations. Job Description - Manage several payroll cycles (bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly); hourly, salaried and commission-based employees; W2 employees, 1099 contractors and K1 partners/owners - Proficiency in enterprise Payroll/HCM platforms (specifically ADP Workforce Now) - Strong experience with time & attendance systems - Knowledge of HRIS workflow automation tools - Advanced reporting, reconciliation and data analysis skills - Thorough understanding of payroll to GL integrations and financial controls - Strong compliance orientation and effective risk management - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth oriented and acquisition driven environment - Excellent management, communication and cross functional collaboration skills Qualifications - 5+ yrs of progressive payroll management experience - 3+ yrs of managing payroll teams within a multi-state healthcare organization or management services organization (MSO) - Extensive experience (5+ years) with ADP WFN, ADP iReports, ADP Smart Compliance. - Expertise in multi-jurisdiction taxation, wage and hour compliance and payroll regulatory standards - Proven experience designing/improving workflows and building payroll operations - Experience integrating payroll systems and processes during mergers and acquisitions (M&A) - Experience supporting multiple FEINs, legal entities and complex employment structures Additional Information Job Type: - Full-time - #LI-REMOTE Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field Certifications/Licenses: - CPP, preferred Integrated Dermatology and it's entities provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
