Job DetailsJob Location: Allied Benefit Systems - CHICAGO, IL 60606Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 SalaryJob Category: Product ManagementPOSITION SUMMARY: The Product Enablement Manager will support the implementation, adoption, and ongoing performance of Allied’s leading products and strategic initiatives. The Manager will bring structure and operational rigor to fast paced product management work by strengthening processes, developing actionable reporting, and ensuring solutions are ready for market. This position will also play a key role in supporting go to market efforts by equipping internal teams with tools, materials, and insights needed to effectively position and deliver Allied’s offerings. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Support end to end product and program launch activities, including requirements gathering, operational readiness, go to market preparation, adoption tracking, and post launch performance monitoring. Track product usage, outcomes, and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization. Build and maintain standardized processes, templates, and workflows that improve efficiency, clarity, and consistency across teams Collaborate across Operations, Analytics, Marketing, Client and Member Services, Medical Management, and external vendors to ensure new products and enhancements launch smoothly and achieve measurable results. Partner with clinical and operational teams to define success metrics, performance measures, and reporting frameworks. Support reporting design, clinical data tracking processes, and insight generation in collaboration with Medical Management and Analytics teams. Manage structured feedback intake from internal teams, clients, and partners; triage issues and identify themes for continuous improvement. Develop and maintain product documentation, FAQs, training resources, and internal enablement resources. Contribute to go to market and sales enablement efforts, including product briefs, positioning materials, and communication guides for client and member facing teams. Continuously assess and improve enablement processes, reporting tools, and operational workflows to drive scalability and performance. As needed, coordinate with vendors, facilitate virtual meetings, track follow ups and deliverables, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders. Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Minimum of 4 years of experience in product enablement, product operations, product or program management, product marketing, or a related discipline, is required. Experience supporting or leading a product or program implementation, including pre launch and post launch activities, is preferred. Strong process orientation with the ability to design, optimize, and standardize workflows and documentation. Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex scenarios, identify patterns and trends, and apply critical thinking and structured problem solving. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including comfortability working with large data sets, extracting structured data elements, and using pivot tables and advanced formulas to produce clear, professionally formatted reports, is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across internal and external audiences. Professional and reliable in a remote corporate environment, with strong virtual collaboration skills using tools such as Microsoft Teams and Outlook. Proficient in PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear, effective presentations, is required. Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines independently.
