• Você fará parte do time de Data Platform, dentro da tribo de Data & Analytics da RD Station, que tem como missão democratizar o uso de dados e transformá-los em um diferencial competitivo para nossos clientes. • Estamos evoluindo nosso Framework de IA, criando uma infraestrutura padronizada (Paved Path) que permita aos times de Machine Learning desenvolver e colocar modelos em produção com mais velocidade, confiabilidade e governança. • Seu desafio será atuar na construção e evolução dessa plataforma, garantindo escalabilidade, padronização e qualidade nas soluções de dados e IA. • Desenvolver e evoluir pipelines de dados e IA de forma escalável e padronizada; • Projetar e implementar soluções de engenharia de dados em ambiente cloud (Google Cloud Platform); • Construir componentes reutilizáveis, como frameworks, operadores e templates; • Garantir boas práticas de engenharia, incluindo testes automatizados, versionamento e CI/CD; • Integrar serviços da plataforma (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Vertex AI, entre outros); • Contribuir com decisões arquiteturais considerando performance, custo e governança; • Colaborar com times de dados, engenharia e IA para garantir alinhamento técnico e de negócio.

Job Requirements

  • Experiência sólida em engenharia de dados, preferencialmente em ambientes cloud GCP;
  • Conhecimento sólido em modelagem de dados e uso avançado de BigQuery;
  • Experiência com orquestração de pipelines (Airflow, Cloud Composer ou similares);
  • Domínio de Python e SQL avançado;
  • Conhecimento em práticas de engenharia de software (CI/CD, testes, versionamento);
  • Experiência com integração de serviços de dados e/ou IA.

Role Description The Oncology Data Specialist is responsible for accurately reporting detailed information from the electronic medical record into the registry software system. Will ensure compliance with State, national and client specific data reporting. Performance of Case finding, follow-up, cancer conferences/tumor board, and reporting may be other job duties. - Perform daily abstraction of cancer cases into the cancer registry database. - Responsible for running and resolving EDIT’s prior to submission of cases to the State Central Registry and NCDB. - Utilize CoC and State Cancer Registry data standards and coding instructions to determine all reportable cases. - Abstract cases completely, whenever possible. In cases where complete treatment data is not available, request this information from the managing physician. - Abstract cases within six months from the date of first contact. - Maintain a log to document the abstraction of all records as well as non-reportable cases. - Submit cases to the State Central Registry, if requested. - Process case finding, follow-up and other registry duties. - Maintain the suspense system, if required. - Enter follow up and/or update information on patients who have been re-admitted to the hospital following the completion of an abstract. - Perform duties in compliance with Company’s policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to HIPAA and compliance. - Maintain a knowledge base of ICD-O, AJCC Cancer Staging Manual, Hematopoietic and Lymphoid Database and Manual, SEER Coding and Staging Manual, Collaborative Staging, SEER Multiple Primaries and Histology’s, SEER Rx Database and Facility Oncology Data Standards.
