Hire Digital is partnering with a global SaaS company to hire a Project Manager to lead enterprise software implementations across North America. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on end-to-end delivery — managing timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, including consultants and solution architects. Employment Type: Part-time contract, 30 hours per week for 6 months, ideally starting April 2026. With potential for extension or full-time conversion. Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations (planning, execution, go-live, hypercare). - Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. - Drive project governance, including risk and issue management. - Collaborate with consultants, solution architects, and technical teams. - Facilitate client calls, workshops, and stakeholder updates. - Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations. - Manage scope changes, competing priorities, and escalations.
Job Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in Project Management / Implementation roles.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise SaaS implementations end-to-end.
- Experience managing:
- Cross-functional teams (consultants, technical teams, architects)
- Client stakeholders and executive communication
- Strong experience in:
- Risk mitigation and issue resolution
- Multi-project management and prioritisation
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Project (or equivalent)
- Excel (tracking, reporting)
- PowerPoint (presentations)
- NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with EHSQ, compliance, or safety/quality systems.
- Background in regulated industries (e.g. manufacturing, energy).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM tools.
