• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support problem solving across client engagements. • Break down complex problems into structured components and develop hypotheses. • Support development of insights and recommendations based on data and research. • Create high-quality deliverables, including presentations, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation. • Assist in building financial analyses and business cases under guidance from senior team members. • Translate analytical work into clear, structured outputs for internal and client use. • Support development of AI and digital strategies, including research, benchmarking, and use case identification. • Assist in documenting current-state processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. • Contribute to development of future-state workflows and operating models. • Support project management activities, including tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables. • Coordinate across team members to ensure alignment and timely execution of workstreams. • Assist in preparing materials for client meetings and workshops. • Collaborate effectively within teams, contributing to a high-performance environment. • Support development of internal knowledge, tools, and reusable assets. • Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
Job Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or analytical roles.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and analyze complex information.
- Experience developing presentations, spreadsheets, and structured analyses.
- Exposure to digital, data, or AI-related topics preferred.
- Familiarity with business processes, operations, or transformation initiatives is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
