• Structure and execute analytical workstreams, breaking down complex problems into clear components and hypotheses. • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate insights and inform recommendations. • Develop high-quality deliverables, including presentations, financial models, and business cases. • Support development of AI and digital strategies, including use case identification and prioritization. • Build and maintain financial models and value analyses to quantify impact and support decision-making. • Translate analytical findings into clear, structured insights for client stakeholders. • Assess current-state processes and identify opportunities for AI-enabled workflow improvements. • Support design of future-state workflows and operating models, integrating technology, process, and human roles. • Document processes, requirements, and transformation plans. • Support program management (PMO) activities, including tracking progress, risks, and dependencies. • Coordinate across workstreams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution. • Contribute to change management efforts, including communications, training materials, and adoption tracking. • Collaborate effectively within teams, contributing to a high-performance, analytical culture. • Support development of reusable assets, tools, and methodologies. • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capability building.
Job Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or analytical roles, with exposure to digital, AI, or data-driven initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working on complex, structured problems.
- Experience building financial models, analyses, and business cases.
- Exposure to process improvement, operating model design, or transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI, data, and digital technologies and their business applications.
- Experience supporting project management or PMO activities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, client-ready materials.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
