Corporate Counsel I What you will be doing: Working under the direction of the Assistant General Counsel or Deputy General Counsel, the Corporate Counsel I is responsible for providing legal support and day-to-day contracting needs for their assigned business unit. This position interacts regularly with senior management, business partners, vendors, customers and opposing counsel on assigned matters.
