Role Description We are looking for a new freelance colleague, Dutch-speaking content moderator to support our team. This role focuses exclusively on moderation and is fully online with flexible hours. By doing so, you’ll contribute to a secure online space for users to interact with each other. Responsibilities - Understand and apply client policies and guidelines. - Review images, accounts, and text-based content. - Evaluate content and make decisions in line with defined policies. - Report trends, common user mistakes, and feedback to the manager. - Escalate policy violations and fraud cases using internal tools. - Suggest improvements in workflow and moderation processes. - Collaborate with internal and client teams effectively. - Balance priorities according to workflow expectations. - Participate in training to maintain accurate knowledge of moderation policies. - Support multiple clients, workflows, and markets as needed.
