Job Requirements

  • MUST ALREADY HAVE YOUR NMLS LICENSE
  • Individually licensed in VA, MD, DE, WV, FL, DC, MI, TX, PA (at least 3 of these states)
  • Strong refinance experience
  • Proven track record of closing loans quickly and efficiently
  • Excellent phone communication and persuasion skills
  • Confidence and competence in a commission-only environment
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and coachable
