• Lead the creation of the BRD (Business Requirements Document), translating complex business questions into analytical technical requirements. • Develop the Tagging Plan (Tag Book) for websites (GTM) and apps (Firebase), ensuring accurate event capture in multi-tenant architectures. • Encode Data Layer specifications in JSON/JavaScript, guiding development teams in implementing transactional journeys (Access > Checkout). • Develop advanced Power BI dashboards that monitor end-to-end sales funnels, enabling performance analysis by brand and region. • Validate data collection integrity through rigorous debugging, ensuring zero data loss and compliance with privacy regulations (LGPD). • Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, presenting funnel diagnostics, conversion bottlenecks, and revenue opportunities in Portuguese and English.
