• Conduzir a implantação dos módulos de Engenharia e Suprimentos (Jornada ACE), analisando processos do cliente, identificando gaps e configurando a solução de forma aderente à operação da construtora; • Executar o onboarding com diagnóstico, definição de cronograma, parametrizações e capacitação dos usuários, garantindo adoção correta e geração de valor desde o início; • Apoiar a gestão de projetos de implantação, contribuindo tecnicamente para planejamento, acompanhamento de entregas e cumprimento de escopo, prazos e marcos da metodologia; • Atuar de forma consultiva em reuniões técnicas com clientes, canais e times comerciais, apoiando decisões e evolução da maturidade dos processos de engenharia e suprimentos; • Desenvolver e compartilhar conteúdo técnico, realizar treinamentos e webinars e apoiar canais para correta aplicação da solução e sustentação da adoção no ecossistema Sienge. • Mentalidade digital, curiosidade por novas tecnologias e interesse em entender como a Inteligência Artificial pode transformar processos, experiências e resultados.

Job Requirements

  • Superior completo ou em andamento nas áreas de Engenharia, Arquitetura, Administração ou relacionadas;
  • Ter atuado em áreas relacionadas ao atendimento do cliente, como suporte, CS e/ou implantação;
  • Experiência prática no uso do Sienge Plataforma;
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Entender as necessidades e solucionar os problemas do cliente.
  • Experiência em relacionamento e atendimento a clientes
  • Conhecimento ou interesse em tecnologias de Inteligência Artificial: ferramentas, aplicações e conceitos.
