Compensation Structure: $80k base + quarterly commission bonus program. $100k+ (gross/pretax) is within reason the first year for a rep who performs well. Automotive Allowance: $600/month (tax free) + $0.18/mile fuel reimbursement using a mobile device application called "MOTUS." Summary The Director of Outside Sales is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the activities of the sales function to effectively execute strategies that will maximize sales volume, drive targeted profitable growth, and professionally develop members of the Outside Sales team.
