Job Summary The Talent Solutions Consultant is an individual contributor responsible for designing, delivering, and operationalizing high‑impact learning solutions that strengthen leadership capability and essential business skills across the enterprise. This role blends instructional design, global facilitation, and learning operations to deliver consistent, scalable learning experiences. The Consultant partners with internal stakeholders while adhering to established learning governance, standards, and systems to ensure quality, effectiveness, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain eLearning, microlearning, and blended learning solutions aligned to leadership development and business skills priorities. Apply adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and digital learning best practices to create engaging and outcome‑driven content. Partner with subject matter experts to translate business needs into measurable learning objectives and learner‑centered solutions. Review, refresh, and retire learning assets to ensure relevance, consistency, and alignment with enterprise learning strategy and brand standards. (40%) - Facilitate instructor‑led (ILT) and virtual instructor‑led training (VILT) programs for global audiences. Adapt facilitation techniques to accommodate diverse learner populations, cultures, and business contexts. Drive learner engagement through interactive delivery methods, discussions, and experiential activities. Collect and assess participant feedback to improve facilitation effectiveness and learning outcomes.(25%) - Support learning operations including: LMS course setup, data entry, and maintenance; Enrollment management and completion tracking; Learning metrics, dashboards, and reporting; Execute learning project intake by documenting requests, requirements, timelines, and delivery approach. Ensure the accurate execution of learning offerings and timely issue resolution.(20%) - Apply standardized templates, tools, and methodologies to ensure consistent learner experiences. Analyze learning data, evaluation results, and stakeholder feedback to inform continuous improvement. (15%) Minimum Requirements - Associate’s Degree or Technical Degree or equivalent - 0 to 2 years of experience - Ability to design engaging eLearning, microlearning, and blended solutions using adult learning principles - Ability to deliver effective instructor‑led and virtual instructor‑led training for diverse, global audiences - Basic proficiency in LMS course setup, data entry, reporting, and learning project intake (e.g., SuccessFactors Learning) - Beginner level experience with eLearning authoring tools and virtual classroom platforms (e.g., Articulate, Teams, Zoom) - Ability to partner with SMEs and business leaders, gather requirements, and translate needs into learning solutions - Capability to analyze learning data, produce reports, and use insights to improve learning effectiveness - Ability to manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously while meeting quality and timeline expectations - Openness to feedback, evolving priorities, and continuous enhancement of learning solutions Preferred: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communication, Organizational Development, or a related field. - 1-2 years of business experience - preferably in Sales Enablement, Customer Education, Change Management, Knowledge Management, or Process Improvement Travel Requirements - this position is expected to travel up to 25% within Domestic USA and/or International The range for this position is $66,500.00 to $143,600.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
