Für unsere Business Unit Healthcare – Outpatient suchen wir einen Senior Key Account Manager (m/w/d), der Verantwortung übernimmt, Märkte aktiv mitprägt und unsere Position im internationalen Umfeld weiter ausbaut. Der Wohnort ist innerhalb Deutschlands frei wählbar – die Tätigkeit erfolgt flexibel aus dem Home-Office mit bundesweiter Reisetätigkeit. Deine Aufgaben - Verantwortung für den internationalen Umsatz- und Ertragsausbau im Marktsegment (z. B. Medical, Altenpflege, Dental) - Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung internationaler Key-Account-Beziehungen - Entwicklung und Umsetzung internationaler Vertriebs- und Pricing-Konzepte - Führung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen mit internationalen Key Accounts - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing bei internationalen Kampagnen - Beratung, Schulung und Betreuung von Key Accounts - Analyse von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen - Planung und Begleitung von Key-Account-Events, Messen und Kongressen - Optional: fachliche oder disziplinarische Führung von Mitarbeitenden Das bringst du mit - Abgeschlossenes wirtschafts- oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische bzw. medizinische Ausbildung - Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Key Account Management, idealerweise im Healthcare-Umfeld - Erfahrung in Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen - Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und CRM-Systemen (z. B.
