Head of Marketing

Hrmony

• You develop and own the end-to-end marketing strategy for Hrmony and derive clear OKRs and actions from it • You define our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), develop the channel strategy, and position Hrmony as a strong player in the HR-tech and employee benefits market • You are responsible for building a scalable pipeline engine and ensuring marketing contributes measurably to pipeline, conversions, and growth • You analyze performance across the entire funnel, continuously test new go-to-market approaches—from classic funnels to product-led—and turn successful experiments into scalable playbooks • You tightly align marketing with Sales and Product to create a coherent customer journey • You actively drive the integration of AI agents and automated workflows into all marketing areas • You enable your team to use AI not as a single tool but as an integrated way of working • You rethink marketing processes from the ground up and use AI not just for efficiency gains • You establish a modern, data-driven GTM analysis framework • You lead the marketing team, support its development, and expand it with the right skills and roles when needed • You own the marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources • You work closely with the founding team (CEO, CPTO, CSO, and COO), act as the marketing voice at leadership level, and ensure interdisciplinary collaboration between Marketing, Product, and Sales

Job Requirements

  • Your registered residence is in Germany and you spend the majority of the year here
  • You can set up a home office workspace where you can work focused and conduct calls
  • You have at least 3 years of experience leading a marketing team (also remote) and combine decisive decision-making with an empathetic, confident leadership style that develops people
  • You have solid experience in the B2B SaaS environment and understand how marketing works for complex, consultative products
  • You think about marketing consistently from a business and funnel perspective—not just in terms of channels or campaigns
  • You have experience with go-to-market strategies, positioning, and product marketing and know how to apply them pragmatically
  • Data analysis and data-driven decision-making are natural to you
  • You communicate clearly and on equal footing, internally and externally, in German and English
  • AI is not a buzzword to you
  • You have proven experience building and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows in a marketing context and know how to enable a team to make AI a core part of daily work
  • You translate AI into scalable processes—not a one-off experiment, but a systematic way of working with measurable impact
