• Identify potential clients active in the North America Plants and BESS markets and complete appropriate research on their business and needs. • Reach out to prospective clients to establish relationships with NovaSource. • Run in-person and videoconference sales meetings to explain NovaSource’s service offerings and value proposition. • Manage and execute proposal development, working closely with NovaSource’s Cost Estimator, Contracts Manager, and Admin Team. • Follow up with the client to ensure NovaSource remains in the RFP process and amend the proposal to address client feedback. • Negotiate key commercial terms with the client to get a deal award. • Collaborate with Contracts Manager to execute contracts. • Log and track all opportunities and account outreach in NovaSource’s CRM. • Develop relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to solve their unique problems. • Maintain existing client relationships specific to renewals and onboarding of additional sites. • Keep up to date on all news related to clients and industry trends. • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement an integrated strategic communications plan to advance NovaSource Power’s brand identity; broaden awareness of its programs and priorities; and increase the visibility of its programs across key stakeholder audiences. • Create marketing/public relations strategy that will allow NovaSource Power’s leadership translate business goals and objectives into meaningful integrated campaign strategies, messaging and content that delivers customer engagement, leads and revenue. • Identify challenges & opportunities: and emerging issues faced by the organization. • Work with our leadership team and staff to recognize internal and external communications opportunities and solutions and define and execute appropriate strategies to support them. • You’ll also play a key role in helping our brand reach new market segments and expand market share. • Lead the creation of compelling marketing content across all platforms, channels and geographies and ensure alignment of message. • Act as Subject Matter Expert for digital marketing. manage and optimize programs across all digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, email marketing, search, personalization, virtual events, etc.
• Lead technical evaluation of repowering opportunities across PV, BESS, inverters, controls, and BOP • Develop engineering concepts and replacement strategies based on asset condition, performance data, and owner objectives • Translate field realities into clear, buildable scopes suitable for third-party execution • Identify risks, constraints, and interconnection impacts early and explicitly • Develop defensible, bottoms-up repowering cost estimates • Define execution phasing, outage strategies, and schedule assumptions • Support bid packages, contractor scoping, and bid leveling • Provide technical oversight during execution phases as needed • Establish NovaSource’s repowering playbook, templates, and standard deliverables • Help define service tiers, exclusions, and guardrails
