Buscamos un Fintech CRM Analyst para sumarse al equipo regional de Fintech Marketing y trabajar en la ejecución de estrategias de comunicación en múltiples mercados de LATAM impulsando el crecimiento del negocio. - Ejecutar y optimizar campañas de comunicación a través de email, WhatsApp y push notifications dirigidas a Partners y Riders, dentro del portal de gestión de productos Fintech de PedidosYa. - Gestionar el ciclo de vida completo de las comunicaciones CRM: desde la segmentación de audiencias hasta el análisis de resultados, iterando sobre la performance de cada canal. - Colaborar con los equipos de Producto, Fintech y Data para entender el journey de los usuarios y traducirlo en estrategias de comunicación relevantes y oportunas. - Contribuir a la adopción y retención de los productos Fintech a través de campañas CRM orientadas a resultados. - Monitorear KPIs clave (open rate, CTR, conversión, opt-outs) y generar reportes que impulsen la toma de decisiones. Qualifications - Profesional o estudiante avanzado de carreras como Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería o afines. - Capacidad analítica y aptitud para tomar decisiones basadas en datos. - Buen manejo de Excel/Google Sheets. - Experiencia en manejo de herramientas de Analytics (SQL, Tableau, Google Tools, Big Query, Looker, PowerBI). - Experiencia en manejo de herramientas de CRM (por ejemplo Braze).
