Over time, this person may also grow into a leadership role managing the funnel team, depending on performance and business impact. Responsibilities - Analyze funnel performance and identify conversion bottlenecks - Improve conversion rate, AOV, and overall funnel profitability - Optimize offers, bundles, pricing structures, and upsell logic - Build and improve post-purchase and upsell flows - Review data from funnels and campaigns to understand what is working and what is hurting performance - Run tests, implement improvements, and monitor results - Apply strong judgment to diagnose why metrics are underperforming - Work closely with the existing funnel team and take ownership of optimization strategy - Contribute ideas proactively to improve both performance and process - Potentially grow into leading or managing the funnel team over time

Benefits

  • Around 20 hours per week to start
  • Clear opportunity to grow into a full-time position
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Direct impact on revenue and business results
  • High level of ownership and autonomy
  • Investment in your development through courses and training
