Typical Day in the Life A typical day as an AI Engineer Intern with Eide Bailly includes real world, hands-on exposure to everything a full-time AI Engineer may do in their typical work day. Throughout your time as an intern here you may: - Build small components of AI agents, such as narrative stubs and prompt structures. - Assist in training and tuning agents for improved performance. - Manage and update agent backlog items to ensure project momentum. - Create and maintain a prompt library for various agent use cases. - Iterate on prompts and document findings to optimize agent responses. - Feed and structure data for model tuning and evaluation. - Research and validate model responses for accuracy and relevance. - Develop templates for diagrams and process maps to support agent workflows. - Create short training videos for agent handoff and onboarding. - Document process flows and best practices for future reference. - Draft business cases for AI and automation initiatives. - Build and maintain a library of case studies to showcase impact and learnings. - Conduct small-scale experiments to test new ideas and approaches in AI. - Summarize results and recommend improvements for future iterations. Who You Are - You are pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technology field. - You enjoy technology-oriented problem solving and are passionate about AI and automation. - You have the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team. - You can manage multiple projects and meet prioritized deadlines. - You communicate effectively and can document technical processes for diverse audiences. - You have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and stakeholders.
