Software Engineer III

Are you ready to join a growing team? CTG is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer III with strong Salesforce expertise to support a large enterprise banking client. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on building and enhancing complex business applications. Location: RemoteDuration: 8 months What You’ll Do: - Lead design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions (Apex, Flows, Validation Rules) - Act as a senior technical contributor on complex, high-impact projects - Collaborate with cross-functional teams from design through UAT and deployment - Oversee and mentor junior developers; coordinate development activities - Develop and execute test strategies including UAT and regression testing - Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and integration issues - Drive technical standards, documentation, and best practices - Evaluate new tools, technologies, and vendor solutions What You Need: - 6+ years of systems analysis/application development experience - Strong Salesforce development experience (Apex, Flows, declarative tools) - Experience with GitLab and VS Code - Hands-on experience with UAT and regression testing - Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills - Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have: - Banking or financial services industry experience - Test automation experience - Knowledge of enterprise application architecture and integrations Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
