Department OverviewA&E Job Description - Lead and manage Engineering Program resulting to program deliverable sucessfully. - Lead and collaborate with global counterparts in end to end project lifecycle strategic planning. - Focal point of contact to stakeholders on program performance and requirements including Business, Finance, Engineering issues and Project Schedule. - The candidate is required to drive the project core-team and ensure the project deliverable and budget as per the business case are being met. - Responsible for new product development from concept to market. Leads complex communications and/or negotiations with internal and external parties. - Plan, execute and monitor project to ensure all obligations are met. May pursue contract negotiations with ODM, when appropriate. Responsible to plan for multiple scenarios. - Identifies and mitigates critical business and project risks. Owns resolution to any critical dependency or issue not being delivered by appropriate party. Fully empowered to take actions required to keep program on time, scope, and of quality. - Responsible for adherence to program budget and cost control. Recommends corrective actions and implements changes. - Able to run worst case scenario analysis and able to anticipate challenges ahead as much as possible and come up with a mitigation plan to de-risk the program deliverables. - Able to healthily challenge the core-team and push the boundary to meet the overall goal of the project as planned ensuring excellent stake holder management and upholding MSI quality standard. Basic Requirements - Bachelor of Electrical Engineering - Certified PMP will be an advantage - Experience in Agile Project Management, Jira, Scrum in managing project deliverables is an added advantage. - Must have experiences in Design and Product/Solutions development environment. - More than 3 years in Program Management experiences or equivalent - Proven track record of leading and driving for business results independently. - Lead outsource partners (where necessary) and drive for resolution on technical deliverables and project timeline - Must have good presentation skills to address senior executives. - A person with high energy and passionate in enabling successful program execution.
