• Provide continued support and guidance to a team of Installation Specialists, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. • Directly oversee and occasionally participate in customer trials/pilots, RMAs, and strategic installation projects to ensure they meet Motive's standards and customer expectations. • Conduct on-site quality checks of installations, including those performed by third-party installers, to maintain high standards of quality. • Oversee the development of custom installation guides for special configurations, addressing unique customer requests, and enhancing the installation process. • Manage the review and resolution of escalated technical issues, ensuring a positive outcome for all stakeholders. • Engage in various projects, ranging from product testing to internal process improvement initiatives.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
