Partner Success Operations Specialist

Summary We are seeking a Partner Success Operations Specialist to support our secondary distribution clients through day-to-day operational execution, including fulfillment monitoring, marketplace reconciliation, and ongoing platform support. You will also participate in the Partner Success team's game day coverage rotation, helping ensure that transactions complete smoothly, fans receive their tickets, and issues are resolved quickly, often in real-time as games are about to start. This is an entry-level role with significant growth potential. You will work alongside the Partner Success team, learning the full scope of our business while handling critical operational responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, stays calm under pressure, and is excited to build a career in sports technology. Job Functions - Support secondary distribution clients with day-to-day operational tasks, including fulfillment monitoring, marketplace reconciliation, and platform troubleshooting. - Participate in the Partner Success team's game day coverage rotation, monitoring transactions across multiple clients and ensuring ticket transfers complete successfully. - Identify and resolve fulfillment issues as part of the coverage pool, including transfer failures, inventory sync problems, and delivery errors, before they impact fans. - Contribute to evening and weekend coverage during sports seasons on a rotating basis alongside other Partner Success team members. - Support clients using our pricing operations tool, handling routine requests and troubleshooting issues. - Escalate complex issues to senior team members and communicate status updates to clients as needed. - Document common issues and contribute to building out standard operating procedures for fulfillment operations. - Assist with data validation, reporting, and other operational tasks as assigned. - Learn the broader RightsHelper product portfolio and Partner Success function over time.
Job Requirements
- 0-2 years of professional experience; internship or entry-level experience in sports, ticketing, or operations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to stay calm and focused under time pressure.
- Availability to participate in evening and weekend coverage rotation during sports seasons.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear status updates and escalate issues appropriately.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and learning new software tools.
- Interest in sports and live events.
- Demonstrated reliability and follow-through.

- The base pay for this position is $65,000-$75,000. A bonus will be provided as part of the compensation package.
