Executive Assistant (Founder Support) Granite Towers Equity Group | Remote | Full-Time | $85,000–$95,000 This Role Is Not for Everyone It's for the person who has operated at the highest levels, maybe as Chief of Staff, a right hand to a CEO, or the person everyone turned to when things needed to get done. You know what elite execution looks like because you've lived it. You're not stepping down. You're stepping into focus. Two founders. One mission. And a seat that lets you do what you do best without the politics, the endless meetings, and the organizational weight that comes with carrying a title. Who We Are Granite Towers Equity Group is a founder-led real estate investment firm scaling a multi-state portfolio. We are lean, fast, and deliberate. We don't waste time and we don't work with people who do. We run by four values. Not wall decor. Actual operating standards: - Be Relentless — We move fast. We find a way. We don't make excuses. - CANI — Constant and Neverending Improvement. We are never done getting better. - Positive Mental Attitude — High standards and high energy. Drama doesn't live here. - Do the Right Thing — Even when it's hard. Especially when it's hard. What This Role Actually Is You are the operating layer between our founders and everything that competes for their attention. You protect their time like it's your own. You think ahead, communicate at an executive level, and make calls without needing to be coached through every decision. Your fingerprints are on everything, but your name is rarely in the room. That's the job. And the right person doesn't just accept that, they prefer it. Day to day, you own: - Both executive calendars: proactively managed, conflicts resolved before they become problems - High-volume inboxes: triaged, prioritized, and responded to with investor-grade precision - All travel logistics: multi-leg, multi-exec, seamless - Meeting preparation agendas: briefing packets, action items tracked to close - Investor and stakeholder communications: drafted and sent on behalf of leadership - Cross-functional follow-through: nothing falls through the cracks on your watch - Systems and tools: Google Workspace, CRM, task platforms, all kept tight You're the Right Person If… - You've supported founders, C-suite executives, or a leadership team at a high-growth company - People have called you the most organized person they've ever worked with, and you took it as a compliment - You've written emails that went out under someone else's name and they were better for it - You can manage chaos without becoming it - You've pushed back on a senior executive and been right to do so - You've built systems where there weren't any, and those systems outlasted you Backgrounds that translate well: Chief of Staff, Executive Business Partner, Sr. Executive Assistant, Founder Support, Operations Lead
