This role requires a professional level of fluency in English, as you’ll be working directly with founders and executives in an international business environment. Over the past 6 years, we’ve placed thousands of Executive Assistants with founders and executives. What You'll Do - Own the admin so your client can focus on what matters. - Manage calendars, inboxes, and scheduling with precision - Coordinate travel (flights, hotels, itineraries, last-minute changes) - Handle client and vendor communication as the first point of contact - Track expenses, prepare reports, and manage documentation - Research topics, summarize findings, and support decision-making - Coordinate projects, track deadlines, and follow up on action items - Handle personal tasks when needed (appointments, reservations, errands) - Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive business and personal matters
