Role Description If you are not currently a Registered Behavior Technician and are interested in learning more and are ready to take the leap to be one, you are encouraged to apply! We will help you get there! We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our new clinic in Salisbury, MD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized behavior therapy services to neurodivergent children and adolescents in our clinic and in-home when needed. The RBT will work closely with their BCBA to implement behavior plans, monitor progress, and provide ongoing support. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate professional to make a difference in the lives of children and their families. - Monitor and document patient progress. - Develop and implement behavior intervention plans. - Provide individualized instruction and support to patients in clinic and home settings. - Teach patients skills that will help them to be successful. - Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients. - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other professionals. - Implement behavior modification techniques. Summary: This position is responsible for filing medical records into the patient’s OncoEMR chart from the Fax Server. The Fax Server Clerk working in an office will also be responsible for printing and distributing any faxes that do not need to be filed into the patient’s OncoEMR chart. Remote Fax Server Clerks will communicate with the office regarding documents that need to be printed and distributed. The Fax Server Clerk must be able to file fax the records in a timely and accurate manner. Fax Server Clerk position may be required to work remotely or in a clinic based on clinic or region needs. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES: - High School diploma/GED EXPERIENCE: - 1 year of general office experience. - Prior computer experience - Good organizational skills. - Knowledge of medical terminology and/or previous experience working in a medical office/hospital environment preferred.
