This role is perfect for someone with a solid technical background who is eager to help streamline our systems, manage technical tools, and support our internal teams with their technology needs. This is a full-time remote position. Responsibilities - Analyze and improve existing processes across different departments (for example, Sales/Customer Support, etc.) - Reduce manual work using automation tools and AI-based solutions - Handle technical requests in internal chats, including resolving issues related to tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, Stripe, and similar platforms - Research tools, workflows, and technical solutions to support business needs - Design and introduce new processes that improve operational efficiency
Job Requirements
- Mid-level experience in automation, process optimization, or operations
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher
- Proven ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
- Experience working independently with documentation and troubleshooting resources
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High level of ownership and self-motivation
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and organize personal workload effectively
- Strong communicator able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders, self-motivated, proactive, and ownership-driven.
- Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and able to plan and prioritize own tasks effectively.
