Supporting DevOps and the Continuous Delivery Pipeline - Enable the Continuous Delivery Pipeline (CDP) through appropriate architecture guidelines, defining these guidelines and describing the limitations of the solution. - Pipeline maintenance, creation, and deployment configuration maintenance and creation. - Anticipate, identify, and eliminate blockers in Agile team; act as a Delivery Advocate and Enabler, sharing knowledge and team agreements. Requirements: - BA Degree in Computer Sciences (or FP) and/or professional experience in Software Engineering. - At least 7 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a System/Platform Architect role. - Proven experience working in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environments, ideally as System Architect within an ART. - Strong understanding of PI Planning, ART ceremonies, and cross-team architecture coordination. - Good management skills, team spirit, and ability to communicate technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Hands‑on experience creating and maintaining architecture documentation using industry‑standard frameworks like arc42 or TOGAF. - Experience with Java and Spring ecosystem, Spring Boot; Kotlin is a plus, as are other languages. - Experience with cloud service providers like AWS, GCP or Azure. - SAFe certification. - Jira and Confluence. - Strong German speaker. - Fluent English and/or Spanish speaker.
