As a Site Engagement Liaison at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with clinical trial sites, enhancing site engagement, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies. What you will be doing - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites, including principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff. - Providing support and guidance to site staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and successful study conduct. - Identifying opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance through regular communication and feedback mechanisms. - Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies tailored to the specific needs of each study and site. - Monitoring site performance metrics and providing regular updates to study teams on site engagement activities and outcomes.
