As a Site Engagement Liaison at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with clinical trial sites, enhancing site engagement, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies. What you will be doing - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites, including principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff. - Providing support and guidance to site staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and successful study conduct. - Identifying opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance through regular communication and feedback mechanisms. - Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies tailored to the specific needs of each study and site. - Monitoring site performance metrics and providing regular updates to study teams on site engagement activities and outcomes. Your profile - Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field. - Previous experience in clinical research, site management, or a related field preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials. - Bilingual in English and French is required What ICON can offer you: Our success depends on the quality of our people.
