Job Requirements

  • Minimum 7–10 years of proven experience in Account Management, Sales Executive, or a client-facing commercial role
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding individual revenue targets
  • Direct industry experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred: Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Banking & Financial Services, Healthcare & Pharmaceutical Solutions
  • Proven track record of managing relationships at VP+ level in enterprise or mid-market B2B settings
  • Experience navigating long sales cycles (6–18 months) with multiple senior stakeholders across complex organizations
  • Demonstrated experience running Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) or Executive Business Reviews (EBR) with key accounts
  • Background in consultative or solution selling environments is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree (BSc/BA) in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline (required)
  • Master's degree or postgraduate qualification is an advantage
  • Professional certifications in Sales, CRM, or Account Management are a plus (e.g., Salesforce Certified, HubSpot Sales, Strategic Account Management – SAMA)
